I have nearly 25 years' experience in the creative industry with the last 20 being in corporate, in-house design teams. It's where my passion lies, and in recent years the management, mentoring and development of designers has felt like a natural progression from my many years spent in creative roles.

My most recent experience has allowed me to:
Lead a 12-person team, including 5 creatives, responsible for the creation and launch of industry-focused campaigns aimed at growing market share across 20+ specialisms that included finance, technology, education and construction.
Provide creative direction and overall strategic vision for campaigns produced by the Creative Studio team.
Recruit key creative personnel to ensure the team delivers creative excellence in a digital-forward landscape.
Lead the team responsible for the creative rollout for the ‘Working For Your Tomorrow’ global rebrand.
Chair the Creative Competency group to improve collaboration between creative teams across the globe.
Source external vendors and manage annual contracts with image libraries, technology suppliers and hardware/software support providers.
Work directly with the UKI Marketing Strategy Team and internal business stakeholders to deliver annual plans.
Build, implement and continually develop robust Asana workflows across the Marketing Team.
Develop and monitor annual OKRs for the creative, social media and PR teams.

I’ve used both of these in my most recent roles at Hays to templatise project governance, track project response vs spend data, and build out project timelines for all stages of national and specialism-lead campaigns.
Intermediate Software Skills
Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
I’ve always been a multi-disciplinary designer, and spent a few years at Hays using these for video and motion graphic content for social media.
MS Office Suite
I’m probably stronger with Powerpoint, but I know how to use most of the Microsoft applications.
